Established in 1977, and headquartered in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Baker & Associates provides a range of services in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, land surveying, land development, structural engineering and testing services.  With regional offices throughout Nebraska and Wyoming, we provide services across Nebraska, Wyoming, and Colorado.

We have a local presence and knowledge of the business practices and regulatory framework throughout our region that enables us to provide projects of superior quality and accuracy while delivering results on schedule and within budget.

Our clients are cities, municipalities, businesses, developers, contractors, and other professional design firms.  We are able to work as both a prime consultant or as a sub-consultant on any type of public works, building design, infrastructure or development project.  We often partner with other engineering and design firms where our capabilities or locations can be complimentary to a successful project outcome for our clients.
