Investigations & Condition Assessments

We are able to conduct comprehensive structural surveys to evaluate existing building conditions in the event of damage or as due-diligence in a transaction or potential renovation.  We provide investigation reports to clients identifying problems and their causes, recommending solutions, and estimating construction budgets.

Consulting

We provide technical advice to clients. This may include recommendations about material choices, appropriate structural systems, or other advice.

Design

Utilizing 3D building information modeling, we are able to efficiently develop coordinated building design with architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.  We provide drawings and specifications for bidding, permitting and construction.

Construction Administration

To ensure that building construction is in conformance with the building design, we are able to provide construction administration services by periodically visiting the site during construction, reviewing contractor’s shop drawings and submittals, reviewing contractor’s invoices and claims, resolving technical disputes, and by making a final inspection of the completed work.
